Choose the claim that applies to you. Have your BowlsSure membership reference ready — it starts with BSA and is on your welcome letter.
Equipment Claim
For loss, theft or damage involving covered bowls equipment.
- Your set, bag and accessories
- Photographs help us identify your equipment
- A police case number is needed where equipment was stolen
Full House Benefit Claim
For eligible BowlsSure members claiming the R10 000 Full House Benefit.
- Tell us where and when you achieved it
- Name the club or competition official who validated it
- An approved scorecard is required
