Is my set covered away from the club?

Yes. Cover follows the equipment rather than a single address, so it applies at home, at the club, at away fixtures and in transit between them.

Do I need to list every bowl and accessory?

You provide a description of the set and the approved accessories you carry. There is no separate rider to buy for each item.

What counts as a Full House for the benefit?

The achievement must occur during an official competition and be confirmed in writing by the competition officials before the benefit is paid.

Can a club insure its own equipment?

Yes. Mats, jacks and greens equipment are arranged separately from member policies. Speak to us about a club schedule.

What does Bowls Sure cost?

The Bowls Sure equipment policy is R89 per month, per policy, collected by monthly debit order. There are no riders or add-ons to buy separately.

How is a claim settled?

A valid claim is settled either by repayment, a direct cash settlement based on the assessed value, or by replacement with a comparable item. Where a physical replacement is issued for damaged goods, the original equipment becomes the property of the insurer under standard salvage terms.
